Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Teddy Swims apparel, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please ensure items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor the progress of your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
